New England ’s energy and power industries.
We are proud to announce our 15th Annual New England Energy
Conference. This year, the Conference will be held on Tuesday and
Wednesday, May 13 and 14, 2008 at the Hyatt Regency Newport, Goat Island,
Newport, Rhode Island.
As in past years, our
Conference’s agenda is designed to appeal to a broad-ranging
audience including:

Exhibitors will be recognized
by having their names included in the conference registration
brochure, as well as being posted on the conference website.
Each booth is entitled to one complimentary registration.
Exhibit space is limited
and will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis.
The fee per booth is US$995.00.
This exhibitor fee includes one full conference attendee
registration. Additional
personnel from your company may attend at the special Exhibitor
Company rate of US$345 ( US445 after
4/29/08)
. Exhibitors will
be provided with a 10’ wide x 8’ deep booth
with pipe and drape, one 6’ draped table, two folding
chairs and a one-line Exhibitor ID sign.
Additional items will be available to rent.
Double or triple booths are also available.
All attendees from exhibiting
and sponsoring companies may attend at the member rate.
For the convenience of those providing “booth
only” staffing, we have a special ‘meal ticket
package’ available.
The Exhibit hall will be
open Tuesday, May 13 from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM for Exhibitor
setup. In an effort to provide maximum networking time
for Exhibitors, the hall will be open from 4:30 PM to 6:45
PM for exhibit viewing. The opening reception
for the Conference will be held on that same evening in the
Exhibit Hall. On May 14, all breaks and meals
will be held in the Exhibit Hall. We will once again
have "Bingo" cards that must be stamped at each booth to be
eligible for the prize drawings, including a grand prize
valued at US$1,000.00.
